As a PMC we shall provide Construction Management Services defined below from the commencement of project up to commissioning and handing over of the project for operation to the entire satisfaction of the Developers. It is an essence of our scope to participate, Co ordinate, discuss, Value add & finalize with all consultants along with Architect, Structural Engineers, to get all drawings, details, data, decisions, materials and vendors approvals etc. with respect to the parametric set of quality, Time & Cost and value addition till completion and handing over the project to end user.
